Training support (factory / field support)

Complete line of training services that include traditional classroom, ground and in-flight instruction, refresher courses for proper usage of the equipment and programmes for proper maintenance and care of the equipment.

Application and data management support

Customisation of software depending on application area is also part of the support services offered by Merlinhawk. In addition, data management support is also extended to large fleet operators.  

Warranty/ out of warranty support

Annual maintenance contracts are available for all products. Stocks of all accessories and spares are maintained for in and out of warranty replacements and for prompt service / calibration action.
