DIE
CASTING
Automatic Pressure Die
Casting machines can produce components up
to 3.2 kgs. (cast area 350 sq. cm.). These
machines are equipped with auto ladling, auto
extractor and auto spraying; it ensures conversion
in minimal cycle time. The process parameters
are precisely monitored by the PLC system
in order to obtain optimal quality output.
Using the latest CNC lathes and vertical machining
centers with pallet changes, Ibex ensures
better control on high volume machining that
offer lower lead times as well. These are
supplemented by in-house fettling facilities
and other post Die casting operations like
conventional drilling, tapping.
Ibex offers completely machined pressure tight
castings (vacuum impregnated) along with surface
treatment like shot blasting / Vibro finishing
/ plating / anodizing.
